The American Council for Construction Education is proud to collaborate with the Regnier Family Foundation to formulate a preeminent national award recognizing excellence in academic performance by Construction Science and Management students from across the United States. This award is named for Victor L. Regnier to recognize his commitment to the personal and intellectual development of young people in the construction industry.

The Regnier Family Foundation, in association with the American Council for Construction Education, is excited to announce its second annual Victor L. Regnier Traveling Fellowship for Construction Science.  This fellowship is in the honor of Victor L. Regnier to recognize his life long commitment to the education and professional development of self-motivated young professionals.   The fellowship will be awarded to a jury-selected applicant from those meeting the requirements of the fellowship.

The purpose of the Regnier Traveling Fellowship is to allow graduates of ACCE-accredited construction education programs in the United States the ability to pursue the knowledge and experiences of the built environment through an international independent study program traveling abroad.
